“Mind the Gap!” - Addressing gaps in generational collaboration towards a sustainable, resilient, and intergenerational rural transformation.
Building on various Forum Synergies projects and activities*, we are seizing the opportunity to deepen our engagement with intergenerational topics by contributing a workshop to the 6th European Rural Parliament.
Living together – Creating intergenerational spaces: Forum Synergies, namely Adam Beswick, SE, is leading the workshop on the topic of intergenerational chances and challenges in the frame of the European Rural Parliament from 21-23 October 2025 in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

Adam BESWICK, SE
Adam Beswick is a member of Forum Synergies and 2023 recipient of the FS scholarship. Adam has worked on participatory and inter-generational approaches to sustainable rural development.
He played an active role in planning, organising, and moderating Forum Synergies’ Rural Experience Hub Kick off meeting in Romania in 2025.
