The Guide for food direct selling meets the growing demand of farmers engaged in local food sales, in order to offer a tool for the implementation of hygiene regulations.
Elaborated at the initiative of the Catalonian Health Agency and the Catalonian Directorate of Agriculture, it was drafted by a working group integrating different administrations, farmers organisations and local institutions.
