Abstract:
This study, commissioned by the association « Demeter international » (IBDA International Biodynamic Association in Dornach (CH)) in July 2012 and edited by Dr. Titus Bahner has the interest to offer a general overview, detailed enough, of what has been done on land and farming markets in Europe for the last forty years.
